Abstract

|
Numerous investigations on the composition of the serum proteins in tumor bearing animals have led to the conclusion that the specific globulin fraction changes are related to the tumor inhibitory or promoting actions.
In this experiment, quantitative changes were studied in the rats bearing Yoshida sarcoma with the aid of cellulose acetate electrophoresis.
